Due to the recent weather and mother natures friends visiting our community, many homes are in need of cleaning for health and safety reasons.

I contacted SJWMD, and they referred me to this statement :

Pressure washing prior to painting or sealing, to remove mold, mildew or other hazardous material that cannot be removed by mechanical means, or to comply with health and safety standards is allowed.

Please take a moment and consider your needs to keep this community looking great!

I have included an updated Reminder Flyer for your reference.

Warm Regards,
